Our Care Goal

Dial-A-Doctor aims to see all of our patients within 3 hours of booking, and our teams will keep you updated via text or phone call as to their expected arrival. This means you can remain in the comfort of your own home knowing that quality healthcare is on its way.

Due to the nature of our service, we receive calls for patients from all walks of life and with a range of medical needs. Whether it be a young family with gastro, an elderly patient with the flu in an Aged Care Facility or a tourist with a skin rash staying in their hotel, our doctors are prepared and experienced to treat your clinical needs as well as providing excellent bedside manner to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident with our service.

Healthcare should be accessible to everyone, and therefore, we do not charge a gap fee for our service. Dial-A-Doctor is committed to remaining a fully bulkbilled service for patients with Medicare or DVA cards.
