Contact Center

Our friendly Contact Center provides the front-line voice to patients calling in to make bookings for our doctors to visit them. Contact Center staff work evenings and weekends. The position does not require medical knowledge but you will be expected to triage patients after receiving training. If you feel you have a clear voice and the capability to deal with the public over the phone in a caring and professional manner, please fill in the details below. All positions are casual and subject to availability.
