COVID-19

Any patient displaying covid or flu like symptoms will be asked to wear a mask and provide evidence of recent negative PCR or same day RAT. If unable to provide proof of negative result a telehealth consultation will be offered if clinically appropriate.

Dial-A-Doctor launched Telehealth on Monday 23rd March 2020 to allow patients to receive quality after-hours health care via video or phone. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, some symptoms will no longer be appropriate for home visit services. If you have symptoms and/or travel history that make you a probable/suspected case of COVID-19, you may be offered a video or telephone consultation.
